limited to, microbridge.com, mobile websites, mobile
applications, and Microbridge profile on social
networking websites (“Sites”). By accessing or using
the Sites, user (“you” or “user”) acknowledges
acceptance of these terms and conditions.

to change these rules and regulations from time to
time at its sole discretion. Microbridge may also
make improvements or changes in the services, or
programs described in the Sites at any time without
any notice. These terms and conditions apply to all

you do not agree to these terms and conditions you
must immediately cease the use of the Sites. The

RESEARCH, AND LEGAL WRITING. MICROBRIDGE SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOST SAVINGS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN
IF MICROBRIDGE HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS EXCLUSION AND
WAIVER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION,
WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR ANY

NEGLIGENCE. IN NO EVENT MICROBRIDGE’S TOTAL
LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES
OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), OR UNDER ANY OTHER
LEGAL THEORIES) SHALL EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU
TO MICROBRIDGE, IF ANY, FOR THE USE OF ANY SERVICE
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION,
PROFESSIONAL TRANSCRIPTION, LEGAL RESEARCH, AND
LEGAL WRITING. Confidentiality and Privacy
Microbridge undertakes not to communicate, disclose
or make available all or any part of the information
and data obtained during the scope of work, to any
third party. Microbridge takes all reasonable
measures to preserve the integrity, data security
and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or
destruction of such data. Microbridge guarantees not
to release the information directly or indirectly or
permit others to use the information and data other
than for the purpose. Microbridge is deeply
committed to your right to privacy and intends to
protect your personal information and to maintain
its quality. Microbridge’s employees have access to
your data only on need to know basis. Any
information provided by you to Microbridge, you
acknowledge, represent and warrant that any
information communicated to Microbridge is original
and does not infringe on the rights of any other
individual or entity and accept responsibility for
its accuracy, appropriateness, and legality.
Microbridge is entitled to use any information
provided to Microbridge for any legitimate purpose,
without restriction or compensation to the
person/company providing the information.

contents are protected by copyright. The trademarks, logos and
service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Sites are
the property of Microbridge or other third parties.
Users are not permitted to use these Marks without
the prior written consent of Microbridge or such
third parties which may own the Mark.
